Ultra 8™ is the rule of choice for high test singlewall and doublewall dies in rotary diecutting applications. The specially designed teeth easily penetrate the paper to initiate the cutting action without having to rely so much on the cutting edge. Ultra 8™ has an extremely sharp cutting edge to better allow the rule gullet to cut the paper. Induction hardening permits the cutting edge and points of the teeth to stay sharp longer.
Container Graphics also offers the Ultra 10™, a 10 pitch rule, with many of the Ultra 8™ rule features but for single wall low-test applications.
