ProFlex™ is our newest cushioned line of supported high-end mounting materials, designed specifically for today's wide-format plates for corrugated post-printing. With proven award-winning capabilities, ProFlex™ is the cushioned mounting material of choice, developed for high-end printing with today's thin-plate face photopolymer and laser-engraved plates. This new flexible and compressible mounting material displays the excellent imaging details available from today's plate technologies by allowing plates to print cleaner and last longer.

ProFlex™ is a cushion backed mounting material. ProFlex™ has quick rebound characteristics and high resistance to compression set, which eliminates the highs and lows associated with lower quality plate cushions. ProFlex™ enables printers to achieve less fluting, consistent ink coverage and reduced dot gain on corrugated board.

ProFlex™ is made to our specifications. A supported version is available with a strong, stable mounting surface. ProFlex™ is also available in an adhesive coated version without the support layer. Adhesive coated ProFlex™ is ideal for cushioned backing on carrier sheets or for temporary cylinder build-up.

Most common heights are available including .060", .080", .100", .125", and .155". ProFlex™ is dimensionally accurate across its wide width.

ProFlex™ has excellent rebound characteristics. The density of ProFlex™ is engineered to print well on all corrugated substrates. ProFlex™ reduces mount weight through both its lighter weight and through the use of thinner plate materials.
