Control Fracturing Issues on Recycled Corrugated
This product is used to control fracturing on recycled corrugated when using Perf or Perf Score on rotary dies. J-Crease may also be used with regular score if needed to overcome fracturing issues. This product allows the rubber under the Kushion Crease to push the corrugated off the perf or score while cushioning the liner to minimize fracturing. The inside liner is left unfractured and has a slight board crush which improves foldabilitiy. J-Crease can be used with both .937" or .970" high rule in both the curved and straight applications.
