		LaserSet HPS^TM Flat Cutting Die System Breakthrough innovations are incorporated into our HPS (High Performance System) auto-platen cutting die. Die-board, knife and rubber were all re-engineered to maximize die performance. This patented technology has been proven to improve top to bottom compression strength, reduce edge crush and increase die life.

		NickLock^TM Another patented innovation, NickLock allows nicks to be easily changed on a flat or rotary die. Pre-nicked rule segments can be removed and inserted by hand, often on press, without special diemaker’s tools.

		"House" Lead Edge Trim Rubber Called "House" rubber due to its house shaped profile, this product simply works. The "peak" pins lead-edge trim to the anvil and directs it below the paper path. This frequently selected option is made of durable, closed-cell elastomer. Patented.

		Striplets^TM Developed for small, difficult-to-strip, internal waste. Striplets incorporate patented extensions that boost stripping performance. They are custom made to precisely fit the waste profile. Striplets can be crucial on complex rotary die-cuts. Patented.

		ScrapBlaster^TM Originally developed as a component of our Phase 3 Rotary Cutting Die, this patented, interior scrap removal system has become a popular option on Phase 2 dies. The ScrapBlaster aggressively pushes interior waste off the die, holds it against the anvil and releases it well below the paper path. This product really works. Patented.

		Ultra^TM Cutting Rule A CGC exclusive, Ultra Cutting Rule incorporates a large, double-ground, extra sharp tooth profile.
