CONTAINER GRAPHICS NAMES QUINTESSENCE WINNER

 

CARY, NC (August 15, 2008) – Neil Saunders, president and CEO, Container Graphics Corporation (CGC) recently presented the corporation’s CS1 Quintessence Award for 2008 to the CGC-White Bear Lake MN plant. This award is presented annually to any person, vendor or CGC plant in recognition of their consistent performance of the company’s CS1 philosophy – Customer Success Priority #1.

 

Jim Schack, White Bear Lake general manager, accepted the award on behalf of CGC’s White Bear Lake associates.  Mr. Saunders and Jim Alexander, chief operating officer for North America, thanked all those in the White Bear Lake plant for their dedication to CGC’s CS1 principles. 

 

Quintessence, according to Webster’s New World Dictionary, Third Edition, is “the most perfect manifestation of a quality or thing.”  CGC first bestowed the award in 1993, and it has become the company’s most distinguished medal.

 

Container Graphics Corporation is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of printing plates and cutting dies for corrugated packaging production.  The company maintains its corporate headquarters in Cary, NC (USA), and operates 18 facilities worldwide.
