Changes for New CGC E-mail Server

1. Select Tools
– Account Settings… to access your account(s).
2. For each CGC account you monitor, select the Account
Name to access the Account Settings window. Be sure the Your Name field is set to your complete name, as shown in the
example. Generic account names should
identify CGC, your plant location, and department, such as CGC Pineville
Customer Service. This is the name
displayed to message recipients, and so should be complete.
3. For each CGC account you monitor, select Server Settings, and set the Server
Name to smtp.containergraphics.com
4. Select Outgoing
Server (SMTP), set the Server Name to smtp.containergraphics.com, the Port to 366, turn on the Use name and password checkbox, and enter your mail username in the
User Name box. Be sure Use
Secure Connection is set to No. Click OK
when finished.
